Tire cage I’m building. 3D model (my job by trade) and then simple tube notches and mounts to factory bed bolts. Can’t justify spending 12-1500 on the ones out there when it’s only 200$ in tube and some strap mounts and a days worth of work. I’d be happy to share the model and documents with those interested.

initial 3D model, dual spares, Mack’s straps, can fit anything you’d like between the tires, maximum width for more room in the middle, utilizing the dead space other

Easily over 120k into this truck. I think it’s tastefully done though. Things to come would be some updated wheels, maybe 40s, maybe a bed cage and 4.0 kings. dual spare cage is being built right now actually. I’ll post some stuff on that. And then maybe a color change or updated paint in the future.

Thanks on the Tacoma. That one has really snow balled. Set up on that truck is a full 2” score legal cage, race kit up front, 20”+ of travel, 2.5/4.0 12” king shocks, rear is camburg trophy truck links, camburg trophy truck housing, 2.5/4.0 king shocks, camburg hubs all 4 corners, 37s on Walker beadlocks, prp alpha q seats, LS swap, th400, fiberwerx glass, etc. basically a set down from a full 6100 truck. Was my first truck and it definitely went further than I ever expected
Holy Cow. You'll be up to used 6100 pricing in no time. Awesome though. Look forward to progress photos if FRF allows.

Just a of the rack welded up, painted, and bolted in. Decided to not do the diagonals for now. Two pieces are super compact if I ever need to remove. Spares getting mounted now. Have some pics later of it completed

Plenty of room. Sucked them closer to the wheel wheels which other normal non bypass racks don’t offer and makes that space useless. Just need to get some cable to lock them up. So far so good

Do you plan to integrate a jack mount?
Yea I do, eventually I’ll do a harbor freight Jack and skid on one side against the rear and then maybe a storage box or something of that works on the other side. Might add tabs for gas cans in the middle but I can fit an additional 37 with them also in between my tires now for the race truck when we go out.
