Introducing our new 1 piece UCA for the Ford SVT Raptor. First let us answer one question before it's asked. No, we will not be discontinuing our 2 Piece UCA. As of today, we have raised the price for the 2 piece UCA to $1100 do to the labor intensive production cost to produce those arms. This decision led us to create the new SVC 1 Piece UCA at the same price point as the original 2 piece. It was important to us that we made sure to have an arm that was still under the thousand dollar price point range.

So with that said, here's the skinny on the new arm

We are all about variety at SVC. This philosophy has led us to develop our new 1 piece 1.5" Upper Control for the SVT Ford Raptor. Much like everything we do, these arms fit and finish are second to none and made from the same materials, and designed in the same fashion that you will find on $500,000 race-trucks. We carried over much of the same hardware from our Raptor industry first Two Piece UCA and wrapped it into one clean and usable package.

When it comes to a UCA, strength of components is the name of the game, and we are proud to say in over 1 year of hard off-road abuse, neither we, or any one of our customers has seen one component failure or broken center pin. Our arms have been at every one of the Raptor held events, including Raptor Expeditions tortuous runs down in Baja Mexico. Our One Piece UCA features the same 3/4in 12-point 8740 aircraft grade bolt as our Two Piece UCA, the same 7/8th FK rod-ends vs. the more commonly found 3/4in rod-ends in other similarly designed arms, plus we use only grade 8 chassis side hardware for added insurance. The spacer are CNC Machined for a precise fit which equates to a long lasting and esthetically pleasing part

During the construction phase, the arm is jig welded and keyed for better fitment. The arm itself is on two different planes to ensure the bearing cup is at the proper angle and not rotated in the arm. This allows for a better weld joint at the most critical part of the arm because there is zero gaps that need to be filled with weld material. The arm is fully camber caster adjustable which allows you to solid mount the problematic lower control arm pivots from shifting and constantly throwing your truck out of alignment.

Bottom line, no other arm in this price range give you more for your money

If your ready to make the switch or upgrade your UCA for the first time, don't hesitate to call or click here to order. http://www.svcoffroad.com/suspension/svc-1-piece-15-upper-control-arm

I think the number 1 question will be; will these work with the stock beadlock wheels?

Not sure yet. As of right now only the 1 piece is slated to get the 1.0 bearing cup.

Saw these arms in person yesterday and can attest to the quality. The TIG welds are nothing short of perfection and the overall design is badass.

Here you go. The 1" will be going to laser cut at the end of next week. Stock wheels will be a go with this arm
