Thanks for the compliments everybody.
I owned a 2014 SuperCab Raptor previously, white exterior with the blue/black interior, and kept it in a stock setup. Great truck, thirsty V8 (6.2L) and always thought it needed more gears in the tranny. Met my fiancé in it, so I can’t complain too much. This 2020 is a grand departure from that 2014. More refined. Having added the BDS 4” lift allows me to keep the factory Fox shocks, ride quality and electronic settings, suspension geometry and add 37’s without excessive tire extrusion.
A friend asked why I did not wait for the next gen Raptor? I feel the estimated costs and crazy dealer mark-ups that will surely be added did not set up a best-scenario financially when comparing both models. Besides, I never buy a first year product truck.
