We will most likely run it until the end of September.

A sneak peek into the making of our hitch lights. This is only a portion of the work that goes into creating these.

All peices are laser cut for maximum precision and perfect fitment. Custom made jig allows us to fab these up quickly and accurately.

does it work as a backup light yet like a trailer would? I know I know but why not spend a bit more for what I want. and you would need to fab it a bit more, amber in the middle with two red's on the outside for break. functionality for year round. look's like it would be easy enough to weld two more boxes on.

I would be interested in something like this that actually fits into the receiver, as opposed to sticking out of it. Maybe there's just not enough room, but it would seem like there would be considering the amount of depth available.

why you afraid of hitting your shin?

ok after re-reading and making it a dual purpose I'd make a stand for a work light. I don't know anything about electricity would it be posable to make an adaptor for an outlet for a shop work light? <I would need it for hr's at a time up to 8+ or I'd just use it plugged into a truck.

The size of the 2"x2" receiver is just too small to make anything work (depth is not the issue). I have seen a couple tiny Chinese lights that can fit, but would require some sort of custom mount. We may look into something like that eventually, but not anytime soon.

Yes, reverse/backup activation is one of modes. I could technically make whatever you would like as far as adding on, but it would just cost extra. Depends on how much you want to spend!:ROFLJest:

These lights will not accept 120v AC power. It could be possible to use a small battery power bank supply (such as a portable jump starter type unit, I would have to design another adapter harness for that as well) or just plug into your truck trailer outlet like designed :)

Would a KC flex work? I just measured the one sitting next to me and it's less than 2"x2" but not by a lot
