How much weight does this weigh?

also, what is the clearance between the bumper and the truck? it looks VERY close to it on the ends.. but I AM old and it could just be my eyes

about 100lbs, give or take a few, there is about 1" clearance on the ends from the truck, plenty of room so there will be no interference. there is also plenty of room to add a winch in the bumper as well.
