If you missed out on our Desert Oasis, here’s your chance to get in early on the STONE CABIN PARADISE! Set back in the Desert Mountains, close to Las Vegas and Mesquite NV.
The first thing you will notice about The Stone Cabin is the Amazing setting that surrounds it. The views from every window are breathtaking! The road to the Stone Cabin has its challenges but nothing that your Raptor can’t handle. The Prius will need to be left at the hardball road.
@jzweedyk came to view the property. After seeing it in person The Moab-Kid will definitely be getting in on the ground floor and locking in at least 3-4 weeks a year.
You will also notice that there are two additional building pads, maybe an out-building and Mother-in-law quarters?
The Stone Cabin is being sold “as is” with no repairs after inspection.
@jzweedyk and I have already received an initial bid to bring in water, gas, cable and sewer. It shouldn’t be any more than $5-7 million
Cash is always preferred but other forms of payment can be worked out.
