Yes, you can see the mounting system through the skid. Looks very universal.

How much do you think it weighs?

Id have to go back and find the post but I asked ADD that question. I dont remember the exact #'s but I remember them telling me it was like 2lbs lighter than the stocker.

Edit.... post # 15 in this thread. Pro bumper is 60lbs, stocker is 65lbs.
