Oregonian here (Portland), somewhat new to the raptors. Took it up Bates road in the Tilimook State Forest it was epic.

There is a small rally coming to Redmond in a couple of months https://redmondoffroadrally.com/ not sure it will be much, since the track layout looks small, but may be worth checking out
