We decided to compile and configure some reverse kits for you to make your life simple.... and offer some GREAT value and price advantages over any other options out there.

We want to cater to ALL tastes... so we have Baja Designs S2 kits.... And Rigid SRL kits.... AND Diode Dynamics SS3 kits.... (We can also put together an S1 kit if people would like) If you want something bigger, we do have the full size pod kits like Rigid Radiance/Scene, D-Series Flood, Squadron, etc available....

(Take note. Our tail light adapter INCLUDES diodes, so no backfeed regardless of the configuration you choose)

Here is a link to the Baja S2 kit..... You will notice that for the same price, you get our plug n play tail light adapter INSTEAD of cutting into your factory wiring with a splice... But you also have a lot more options...

CLEAR ADVANTAGES OVER THE STANDARD BAJA REVERSE LIGHT KIT #447558-

  • Your CHOICE between the 1130 Lumen S2 Sport (Which come in the Baja kit #447558) or the PRO version with 2,450 Lumens, which ISN'T available in the Baja branded Kit.
  • The Baja Standard kit requires splicing/tapping into your factory Harness for the reverse trigger. Most don't want to do that. Our kit comes with 3 configurations. All of which require ZERO cutting or splicing into factory harnesses.
  • Reverse triggers use our plug n play tail light adapter. It plugs into your tail light and then into the rear light harness. All plug n play. All options listed above require zero modification of any factory wiring.

Here is a link to the Rigid SRL Kit.... You will notice again, you can choose our tail light adapter, full length harness or both...

CLEAR ADVANTAGES WITH THE SRL REVERSE LIGHT KIT-

  • 1452 Lumens for the Main light PLUS a red backlight. With 1452 lumens, it fits in between that of the Baja S2 Sport and Pro, and adds the red backlight.
  • There is no such kit offered directly by Rigid, and the Baja Standard kit requires splicing/tapping into your factory Harness for the reverse trigger.

Here is a link to the Diode Dynamics Kit.... You will notice again, you can choose our tail light adapter, full length harness or both...

Coming soon...

CLEAR ADVANTAGES WITH THE SRL REVERSE LIGHT KIT-

  • Your CHOICE between the 1130 Lumen SS3 Sport or the PRO version with 2,898 Lumens (Both versions include a red backlight)
  • The Baja Branded kit requires splicing/tapping into your factory Harness for the reverse trigger. Most don't want to do that. Our kits comes with 3 configurations. All of which require ZERO cutting or splicing into factory harnesses.
  • Reverse triggers use our plug n play tail light adapter. It plugs into your tail light and then into the rear light harness. All plug n play. All options listed above require zero modification of any factory wiring.

Features for the SRL and the Diode Dynamics versions with the red backlights....
The Tail light adapter supplies power to BOTH the Reverse WHITE light and the RED backlight on separate wires. So the Red backlight will trigger with the tail lights, marker lights, and lock unlock flash.

We think this will give our Raptor (And these are available for many other vehicles) a CLEAR advantage over any other offerings out there.
Our Patent Pending Harness system has truly changed the game when it comes to "Plug N Play" Options....

NOTE: For those of you UPGRADING to the 2021... These rear kits APPEAR to be compatible for the 21 models. We have a 21 on order now and will verify, or at the least, make a version that will fit. If that be the case and you do get the kit for your 17-20 and take it with you. We will be able to help you adapt it over to a 21/22 when the time comes.

Here is a video on the tail light adapter feature..

Let us know any questions you may have...

We have the Diode Dynamics kits posted. We will update the photos over the next couple days, but here is the link.

When it comes to Rear Light Kits, there is no comparison to our Patent Pending Harness system, including the adapters within. For the reason, like shown in the video above. No cutting, no splicing of factory wiring. Plug N Play access to reverse triggers and backlighting and the option to use the switches as well, or just when in reverse. It's like Burger King... Have it your way.

We have been getting so many calls, emails and texts from people who have been installing these and they just can't believe how awesome they are and easy to install...

Here is just one example of the feedback we are getting!

Wish the Baja Pro had the red alternate lighting. Any chance that might happen in the future?

For anyone who has done this installation, did you encounter extreme difficulty removing the OEM tail light adapter from the light itself? I applied a little heat since it's 30* outside and still no luck. Any insight would be appreciated.

I have of course removed many of them from Raptors, to F-150's to Rangers, because we tested and designed the adapters for them. Of the many times I have removed them, they have ranged from easy to click and slide off, and quite tight.
There are 2 possible reasons.
First, in general, it isn't usually a difficult task. They are just plug in connectors. However, since they are weather tight seals, the rubber seal inside can kind of stick to the other connector if it's been on there a while. Think of any rubber gasket or any rubber seal that's been sitting between 2 things for a while. It can over time sort of stick. You can usually wobble the connector while holding the clip until it breaks free.
The second thing to keep in mind is if the connector has a red tab on it. If it does, and I think the 21 Raptors do, but the 2nd gens did not, then you need to slide the tab/clip down to release it so you can press down on the release. That red tab is a lock and when it is snapped up, it is extremely hard to remove because it is doing what it is supposed to. In all though, if you pay attention to those 2 things, it is rare to have issues.
