Having the pedal more narrow than the Wicked pedal worked for me. I can stretch my foot out when I want.

Someone else mentioned all-weather mats. Are you good bolting right through them?

Would prefer not to bolt through the weather tech mat. Hence the float. There's a stud on the firewall that could be used. I started digging into to make one myself just never got very far.
