NO INSTALLATION NEEDED! Simply Plug in the Hitch, (Recommended to use a LOCK pin) and Plug in the Trailer Plug... That's it! When in reverse, the light comes on. When not, it's off.
When you want to use a trailer, simply unplug it and throw it in the back of your truck.
(You can also splice into the 2 wires on the backside to hide the wire if you prefer and simply unplug the grey plug by the hitch)
It uses the Rigid D-Series PRO Flood Light and has a limited lifetime warranty*
