Prob stupid question, but why are these better than all leather?
IMO, they aren't better than leather. I have the faux suede in my GT350 (including the steering wheel) and the thought is that at the track you don't slide around in the seat when cornering - which is true. However, the faux suede doesn't wear nearly as well as the full leather seating - for example my 7 month old GT350 is already showing signs of wear - especially the steering wheel. To each their own, but I wouldn't want the faux suede in my Raptor...(especially in that "Robin's Egg" blue)...
Not disrespecting the 2019, I think the upgrades are worthy and Ford continues to improve the Raptor with every refresh - just not a fan of Alcantara...
