I think it would be positive to keep V8 engine instead of V6 and V8 make it work at 4 or 6-cylinder with electronics.

also four rings to secure the load on the body would not be bad instead of 2

There's been a few threads about this already. Most prefer the v8, although there is a strong following for the ecoboost and it's growing. Ford is a leader in Auto design for a reason.

Btw, which "four rings" are you talking about? There are 4 in the box and there is 2 rings on the front and 2 on the back bumpers

uppsss... in the box I say that I only have two rings behind the back window I see no other perhaps are covered by Bedliner .!!???? :-(

Unless Ford changed the design after they built my truck, there should be 4 rings inside the box, 2 on each side, 2 in the front, 2 near the tailgate.
