Need pics of your radio tuning knob

Hey everyone, I need some help. Can you send me pics of your tuning knob? Dealer says they believe it’s supposed to look the way mine does in the picture, but I know that’s wrong. They said if I can show them pics otherwise, they’ll replace it.

Looks like the ring is the wrong one. Your play button looks jacked up too.

Not sure how they could try to say that looks normal, there is an identical one 3 inches to the left of it that isn't dicked up. But in case they need multiple examples...

Also look at your center forward button for forwarding. It looks like it is popping out as well. It should be flush. The radio may have been built on a Beerday.

Isn't this the same radio in every other Ford F-150, it looks like it is on their webpage. They should go look at any other F150 on the lot.

Yeah, that's not right for how much you paid for your truck to have finishes that look like that! I would take a real close look at the rest of the truck to make sure nothing else is jacked.
