Need phone number for Ford Guide

Would someone please give me a phone number for one of the FordPass Guides?

FordPass app has stopped working for me and I need a number to call.

Went to look it up for ya and noticed mine isnt working either. In the guides tab the call feature is greyed out.

Mine did the same thing, I logged out and logged back in and it started working

How the heck do you log out of this thing!?

Fixed. Go to home screen. At the bottom right click on the account icon. Click on security. Click on log out. Then log in again.

re-logging did not fix mine, but deleting the app and reinstalling did.

How does ford pass work compared to the factory remote start fob? My fob is finicky at times. Some times it flashes red, but starts. Other times it flashesrunning.then red but its running.
