I put Stainless Works headers and exhaust system last winter, if you remove the inner fender, motor mount and starter you can jack the motor up. I was very fortunate not to break any off flush with head. Be patience with the others double nut, then spray with bolt spray move back and forth in small amounts till it breaks free. good luck, ScooterView attachment 138954 View attachment 138954

What do you mean double nut? Is that to hold the stud while threading out so it pulls the stud instead of the nut ?

If you tighten two nuts (jam nuts) together, you can use them to help spin out bolt or stud. The locking of the two nuts wont allow the nut to spin on the threads and essentially allow you to put wrench on bottom nut and spin out bolt. This only works if your bolt or stud is broke with threads showing. If broke flush with head, use EZ out method or weld a nut/bolt to broken header bolt.

Hope this make sense.

Yep make perfect sense. Just wanted to make sure that's what you were talking about. We end up doing the same thing at work on valve bolts sometimes.
