Looks like a vent cap for a breather of some kind...likely from the evap system.

Maybe...

Looks like the thinga ma bob from the whatcama call it. To be honest no idea. Went out and look under my seats. I don't see any parts that would resemble that.

I feel like most of not all Ford parts have a part# or production number on them and that doesn’t seem to. I don’t recognize it at all. Sorry
