My truck came with NAV delete, anyway to add it now?

My '14 Raptor came without NAV from factory, It has the 8 in. screen with Myford, is there a way to add NAV to it? any aftermarket GPS system that can integrate with it?

$800 to upgrade to NAV:2013-2015-f-150-myford-touch-sync-gps-navigation-upgrade

Or $1800 to upgrade to Sync 3 without NAV, or $2100 to upgrade to Sync 3 with Nav:
myford-touch-sync-2-to-sync-3-upgrade

You aren't missing much. Rarely use my 2013's raptors navigation. Not impressed with ease of use
