ive got the 3.5 mounted to my builtright bedside racks fits just fine. you can use the mount that comes with it, you can only use 2 of the 4 bolts but honestly thats plenty

Looks like the 3.5 gal fuelpax barely fits in the rear most bedside rack! Note you have to mount the built right mount sideways to get it to fit properly!

Kicking this back up, do the fuel packs block the bed lights? And what size can is in this pic?

Yes the do block some light. You can move the jug around a bit to position it for more light. But even being behind the rack itself blocks some light.
