Just under a year ago, I purchased a Roll X, but didn't deal with Morrie himself. Early last week (8/26) I shot Morrie a PM stating I didn't like the way the product had aged over the past year. He responded right away asking for a few pics. By the end of the day he assured me that what I was experiencing wasn't normal and he was certain I would receive a new cover.
This afternoon (9/5) when I got home from work, there was a brand new Roll X sitting in my driveway.
That has to be one of the best customer service situations I have ever experienced.
