MOISTURE IN REAR TAIL LIGHTS

I have noticed moisture inside my passenger side tail lamp. I am guessing the seal in broken, anyone else have this issue? I am going to have to get it to a dealer before winter.

I did on my gen 2. Mine was cracked. Took it apart, dried out, and resealed the crack with some silicone. It was fine for a couple years, but I eventually replaced with aftermarket.

I would probably take it to the dealership and see if the can get you a replacement under warranty.

Have you by any chance been dancing naked around your truck, or rubbing up on it too aggressively?

Listen Oldfart, I love my truck, but not in that kind of way. You really live up to your title mister. LOL

My driver side has a seal issue. Had the issue on my last 3 trucks. Basically if it has water droplets they should replace it.

That is exactly what mine looks like. I have to try and take it in soon. Not like the issue is going to resolve itself

Exactly. I just havent felt like taking it in yet.

Update, finally had a day off and took it to the dealer, new tail lamp housing ordered. They came out and verified the moisture. They said a small amount of condensation is "normal" and they will not replace until they observe actual droplets of water inside like mine had. Just a word to the other members who may be having the same issues.
