I'm looking for the loud sound I heard that magnaflows exhaust was killer I'm not looking to blow all my money on an exhaust. And what tuner is good for me.

Welcome, get familiar with the thread search function. Infinite amount of setups. For starters like @2014RubyRed stated, Dirty Deeds exhaust and a 5-star tune. If you don't want a CAI then swap OEM air filter for a Green filter.

Buy the muffler and get an exhaust shop to cut the factory one out and install the new one. cheapest way I know
