We did some more exploring yesterday. We drove up Long Canyon and got up to the plateau. Then we did a trail we found with the Raptor last fall, but it got a little dicey for the Raptor. It turns out it is a almost 5 mile trail and ends down at a Colorado River Overlook where you can look upstream and downstream, very cool. Then we found another spot that looked down on Long Canyon. In the last picture, for those that have done the Long Canyon trail, you can see the big rock you drive under on the trail.

As of today, Moab is 1/2 open. 1/2 of the hotel rooms and 1/2 of the private campgrounds are open. The BLM land campgrounds and National Parks are still closed. If you want to come to Moab, just make sure you have a reservation, as the town will fill up fast.

It will be in the mid 80's for the next couple of weeks and beautiful.
