Minimum Post Requirement for Selling on FRF

I have slightly over 100 posts, mostly spam and garbage posts, but can I sell my
DESERT B E A V E R..?? I‘m relocating to KS and it may not be a suitable environment for the BEA V.
Can we do auctions in GS section? It’s a Beautiful BE A V E R, but I’m not sure what a good starting bid would be? It is after all a Rare Endangered Species of
B E A V E R? Any help/ suggestions would be greatly appreciated
