Method SVT Center Caps

Hey everyone. My Method DS's are the narrow 27.5 mm thick version. I was unhappy having the insert not sit flush so I am in the process of having a machinist make me a set that will sit flush. After I get one made and it is to my liking I will offer it up to anyone else that is interested in these. They will fit any method rim w a thickness of 27.5mm, most specifically the a Method Double Standard. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. If I am breaking any rules I apologize beforehand. I will not be looking to make any money on this, just facilitate getting it done for those in the want/need. here are some initial renderings from the machinist. As soon as I get my hand on the prototype I will post pics to show how it came out. Thanks!

price wise, I am looking at 260 a set shipped and powder coated. If I place the order for multiples that price will drop. But I'm doing what I have to do to get the first set done.

What is the size of your DS's? Mine measure 31mm thick when I had my caps made. Mine were 17x8.5

17's or 18's? And when did you buy them? Method did alter the offset on the double standard a year or so ago by 3mm which might explain the difference.

That might be why. They changed the offset on all DS's from a +00 to -3 by adding thickness to the mounting pad. I have a couple sets of the new full machined DS arriving the 1st week of August. I'll measure them and see what I come up with and report back.

It looks like it's only the older models that are 27.5mm. I put a caliper on the machined wheels we received and it measured 31mm.
