Found it @ Ford Parts. you have to search for 2018s and see the 02/26/2018 and later, see below. Only the related oil drain plug has a pic, it's a metal bolt.

    Pan Assy - Engine OilPart #: 6675
    Oil Pan/Oil Level Indicator
    Usage: 02/26/2018 - 10/22/2018, F-150, 3.5L V6 GTDI;02/26/2018 - 10/22/2018, F-150, 3.5L V6 GTDI;02/26/2018 - 10/22/2018, F-150, 3.5L DOHC T/C V6 Gas
    MSRP: $83.02

    Related Parts:
    6675 - Pan Assy - Engine Oil
    6730 - Plug - Oil Drain
    6750 - Indicator Assy - Oil Level
    HS1 - Screw

I wonder if it is a direct swap.

Glad that Ford corrected this issue, but curious what they are doing for all of the plastic pan owners.

It’s cheap enough just want to know if it’s a direct replacement.

Not really - lots of manufacturers are using plastic oil pans.
