M&R update on 50" curved Convex bar setup

    We have altered out design to finally make the supporting bar more curved to follow the light and the windshielf. Here are a few pictures of the old setup and the new one.

    Great job Mike, really a good deal with these brackets

    Does the wiring tuck under the trim down the side of the windshield, or sit out exposed? Any more pics of that? I'm all for methods not including drilling holes in the rooftop. To also confirm, you can get these with 10* patterns too

    I would like to ask why you're not simply rolling the tube to the radius?

    I'm just saying, this Tubing Roller is a very small investment.
    I used one of these for many years, it even will do solid cold rolled round bars up to 1", granted it will take a few passes.

    The tube was bent on a CNC tube bender. Ensuring same bends for every set.

    I think what he's asking is why not do it right with a radius bender instead of doing it with a standard tube bender that kinks the tube
