I think your idea is good. however, it is essential to make the loan conditions secure. Since you have a baby, I would suggest you better save some money and buy it at once than take a loan. Working for a family, mortgage, and additional loan is an extremely hard task; I’ve been in that depth for years. Thanks to equity release Doncaster, I’ve managed to pay the mortgage off quicker and have less to pay. Life has become much easier; moreover, I have no car loan depth, too, finally. I and my wife were so happy about it that we even decided to celebrate
