The Options

2FG Exhaust:

Replacing the factory mid muffler with a 3” precision H-pipe and 3” over-axle tubes, the 2FG Exhaust is engineered to add a distinct, deep tone to the Raptor while uncorking turbo sounds and affording a weight savings of 23.5 lbs over stock.

1FG Exhaust:

Using the same precision-engineered H-pipe from the 2FG configuration, the 1FG Exhaust removes the factory front suitcase resonator and replaces it with two bespoke AWE resonated front sections. This version turns the Raptor’s exhaust route into a true dual configuration, producing an increase in volume and an aggressive, rasp and drone-free soundtrack fit for the Raptor. The AWE 1FG configurations grants a weight savings of 24 lbs over stock.

0FG Exhaust:

The 0FG Exhaust is the combination of 2FG and 1FG configurations, finished off with dual 3” T304L stainless steel tail pipes, and 5” double-walled AWE exhaust tips in a signature diamond black finish.

The result is a unique soundtrack tailored perfectly for the Raptor that comes to life under boost while remaining civil in and out of the cabin at cruising speeds. The AWE 0FG configuration provides a weight savings of 41 lbs total.

Upgrade options:

Equipping 2FG with intentions to add the other sections later? That’s a good thing. We’ve engineered the AWE Exhaust Suite for the Gen2 Raptor as a completely modular configuration that allows you to do just that, at any time. Simply add the desired configuration to your cart, bolt it on, and roar away.

Important fitment notes:

The AWE Exhaust Suite for the Gen2 Raptor is applicable to both SuperCab and SuperCrew models. Adapters for SuperCrew models are included with each AWE 2FG, 1FG, and 0FG Exhaust.

Tip options:

The AWE 0FG Exhaust features 5” double-walled 5” straight-cut tips in a diamond black finish, complete with AWE logo. Each tip is individually adjustable, allowing bumper depth to be set according to personal taste.

Looks like really nice quality.

Very cool videos!

For someone looking for an extreme exhaust, I am sure this would be a quality option.

Its a muffler delete followed by an optional resonator and muffler delete.

Did you guys record decibel readings, compared to stock? Will it pass inspection?

What was the goal for this exhaust? Was their hidden horsepower to unlock?

I think for anyone looking for an aftermarket exhaust for the raptor, one has to be very mindful of the V6 eco boost sound and decide how much of it you want to hear before deciding on a system.

No offense, but I wouldn’t buy this to daily drive.

I wouldn't call this extreme, myself, Guy. It's very well behaved.

We do not record dB readings as they're unreliable in the grand scheme of things -- vehicles read differently based on atmosphere and surroundings. One vehicle may read different across different track recording stations, for example. Our configurations do not replace any of the factory emissions equipment, so inspections isn't an issue.

You’re right and without hearing it in person it’s only speculation. What I can say is that’s it’s a beautiful product. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase it based on the quality alone.

I also may be getting sensitive to noise in my old age... in all fairness... I don’t want to hear exhaust in the cab any more.

Sounds like the "H-pipe" design helped to quiet it down with a deeper growl at lower rpm and idle. Is there anything that can remove the high rpm brrrrrrrrap? Can you add mufflers after the resonators that could accomplish that?

What ya see above are the flavors we're offering. One could add to it if they wished, but that would be considered modifying to the product which voids our warranty, and I don't endorse that. :)

The resonated front sections do a great job at keeping the tone "tight," so to speak.

i like the sound....

Is there power to gain or lose with a system like this on an otherwise factory stock truck?

@Josh/AWE -

Is there going to be a difference in sound between the 0FG and 1FG "suites"? I like the idea of saving 17 pounds, but its hard to justify paying an additional $700 bucks. Really dig the sound BTW

hey, the most infamous, most banned and non truck owning FRF abuser is back trolling. The one purports to know ecoboosts, but doesn’t own one, and never did.
