Let’s be honest- The Raptor R is going to be expensive!

Below is a Raptor with 35’s and a Raptor with 37’s built very similar to my 2020 Raptor that stickered for $74,000 (I left out the sunroof so add the $1,500ish to that if you want to). For comparison is a TRX built very closely in specs. I just don’t see how the Raptor R doesn’t sticker for damn near $100,000?

Maybe. Figure the engine premium will be about $10k.

The R will almost certainly not be offered with 37s, so I think the engine premium has to be added onto the the cost of a decked-out 35s instead.

My guess is $85k base, rising to $90k top end with not many standalone options available.

The R will at least be a 15-20k price increase over a base raptor. The additional items should be the same or similarly priced.

No Raptor R w/ 37’s? How do you figure that? If Ford is truly hell bent on going after the TRX, wouldn’t the 37” package with more HP/Torque than the TRX be the official kick in the nuts people are hoping to see from Ford instead of this Lightning and Maverick BS they are pushing down our throats?

I’m hoping they give us the option. I don’t want to have to get 37’s. I would prefer the 35.

Also don’t force us to get the blue interior. I’m good with the upgraded recaro seats. But how hard is it to make them in black

I'm over here rocking a 2017 801a I ordered exactly how I wanted for $57k lol
I think this is kind of like a lot of us have been saying. If you have a 2nd Gen Raptor, the 3rd Gen really isn’t that big enough of an improvement to make you want to change.

For me the biggest gripe I have with the 3rd Gen is the all digital dash. I’m old school and like my analog tach and speedometer mixed in with the digital stuff in the middle.
