My phone is acting up.

Are you happy you installed them? Can't a tune turn off the check engine light?

Im not running tune cant find one that i like

any updates?? I am considering running Kooks, SPD adapters, Whipple CAI, Whipple Stage 1 tune, and Full Race intercooler. Just wondering if it will throw codes or if the Whipple tune will take care of them.

gain ~ 2% horsepower on a truck just so you can make it sound worse than it already does and throw a check engine light. I did it too, but still a horrible idea. I'll put my stock ones back on eventually.
