Knocking Noise under 1k RPM

Knocking sound when starting up. Can be heard when in Park or Idle (usually under 1k RPMs). Stops as I speed up driving or increase throttle speed.

Any suggestions on what’s going on? Thanks!

Sounds like phaser knock. Try unplugging the VCT solenoids; they’re located at the front of each valve cover. If the noise stops, the phasers are worn.
