One of our shop trucks is running the KHC Torque Arm. Install really wasn't that bad and the overall improvement is down right impressive. The truck feels much more planted and there's a noticeable difference in body roll even just driving around town. The improvement is more pronounced than the difference you get by just adding rear leaf springs. Off road, again huge improvement. No matter how hard you push the truck, it just stays planted.

Tyson, the owner of the truck, pushes his truck hard all the time in the desert. Here's a few pictures during installation. Will work on getting a few more.

If you've got any questions, give us a call at 888-466-8991. We're a KHC dealer.

Awesome! Are you guys able to get these in all the powdercoat colors they offer on their site? You know what the turn around time from production to shipping is? And how much trimming on the ABS line bracket was required? Figured I would ask here as I’m sure others that are interested may have similar questions

Yes, we can get them in custom colors. Normal timeframe is 2-4 weeks from time of order with custom colors sometimes adding an extra week or so. Here's some additional pictures as well.

Some other key factors:

- No loss of ground clearance
- Offers optional differential skid plate as part of the kit

So cool to see people inquiring about the torque arm. Thanks to Offroad Alliance (Ford Raptor Lights) for believing in the concept !!! Its a new and different idea to cure 95% of axle wrap with the last 5% allowing for some flexibility for 0 bind during suspension travel. I was inspired by the late 70's early 80's gm cars to design this concept moving it to the top of the axle to allow for no ground clearance issues. Real world reviews have been all positive so far along with long travel trucks reporting no suspension binding issues at full droop. I will up load some videos so you can see it in action vs stock.

It is a very cleaver design!

Have you done a lot of Offroad testing with it?

Has anyone bent the frame cross member the torque arm reacts against?

Does it make any noise while in use on or Offroad?

How often does it need to be greased?

Does the color black match the Ford OEM black of the rear axle housing?

Are the parts powder coated?

Does the brake line need to be split to install?

Can this be done in the driveway on jack stands?

What is the installation time?

Thanks in advance and nice work!

Any clearance issues with aftermarket diff covers and the skid plate

Aftermarket diff covers like the Ford Performance covers should not have any clearance issues. Larger covers may interfere but we have not tested.

Yes, we've done 1000+ miles in our shop truck. No issues! No bent cross members that we're aware of to date. No discernable noise from this piece. Grease depends on use, time in dirt, water crossings, etc. The black powder coat is similar but will also depend on how much wear/tear is on your truck now for how close it will match. Installation time will vary depending upon skill set but estimate 2-4 hours.

We'll let Dave from KHC chime in as well.

I have the SVC torque bars and can also vouch that with the support either of these kits provided is so great! As said before you won’t know how you lived without them!
Love the KHC setup! Way less work then having to drop the gas tank and weld on brackets!
