JL FiX-86 and TwK88

I am gong to update my 2014 SCAB Sony system. I am going with an updated Sync 3. JL 5/900 amp, JL C5 speakers. I'll be using remote volume control and leaving the head unit at mid-range.
DO I need a TwK88? I think the FiX-86 will solve the problem for correcting and integrating the stock outputs? Cost is not really a factor, but I am not a tuning wizard, and I don't believe anyone locally in southern Virginia is either. Are there other alternatives?

Lastly, what door sound improvement materials would you use? dampening or deadening material?
