Next time I get her serviced I'm going to ask if they will cover the replacement.... Probably not. I'd be out $14.

It ain't right!

But I don't want them to drive my truck.

The dealer replaced all the IWE hardware except for that hose. I took the truck home and a couple days later and it made the same sound. As soon as you hear the sound, rotate it to 4A and if it goes away instantly that's the hose. I ordered 2 of those hoses replaced it and the sound was gone. Now I have one spare in the glove box. This was back in 2019. And no, they wouldn't refund the price of the new hose.

Well, probably, they are still in use on the 2021 f150 as per my google search, but they look electric not vacuum.
