Great vid Rog. Couple things I would add:
I didn't remove the caliper on mine and got it out fine.
Another vid I watched over on F150forum showed him inspecting the splines on his IWE and comparing it to a new one. His splines were slightly beveled on the front edge- guessing thats where the gears had not fully engaged- and he was getting the chatter in 4WD.
Do you have torque values? Half shaft end nut, 3 IWE bolts, and hub assy bolts?
