Did you ever get pics of the rockers? Maybe the sales guy doesn't know what they are? lolnot sure, but unlikely the case here. At least the sales guy didn’t toss that explication to me

Looks like bedliner paint and probably used to make it look better. It appears to have light surface rust which is no big deal but prior to using the paint did they clean all of the surface rust completely? Otherwise it's trapped under the paint and will continue do it's damage. Also they painted some of the coolest parts of the truck,,aluminum lower control arms and the Fox shocks=lazy.
Looks like bad rust bubbles on the frame of that one. Either way, if the price is cheap, work with it that way, with the cost of repairs. Good luck.well the undercarriage on the truck I started this thread about, looks a whole lot better than this 45k mile Vermont truck.
