Is this mid perch?

Was looking at my front shocks today and noticed an exposed detent ring on both front shocks. I bought the truck with 6k miles on it and now I'm wondering if the previous owner did a mid perch?

Interesting. I've read many posts about doing this mod and looked at my truck and felt, man, I'm happy with the way that looks. I have no interest in raising the front.
