That is a body kit and some shocks on a V8 F150, not a V8 Raptor.

^^ Agree, not a Raptor. Definitely a badass truck though. Wonder how many they get out before that cease and desist letter is delivered.

V-8s are a dying breed for all manufacturers

Meanwhile, back here in reality, there has never been a time in history when more manufacturers offered more V8+ engines.

That was a little shocking to me. Why not keep the gen2 shock? Maybe the weight of the V8 was too heavy for the 3.0?

Yeah I'm not too sure either. Possibly the suspension dimensions on the Gen 2 Raptor are different than the regular F-150's and they cant use the Lower A arms off the Gen 2 Raptor? I dunno just my guess!
