Trying to hard wire a radar detector ( R7) and I tapped into fuse 35 on passenger side / Manual says fuse 35 is "Selectable drive mode switch; Upfitter switches". Used the tap to add a 2nd 5 amp fused to the 5 AMP originally installed. Do you guys foresee any problems? The GPS doesnt draw more than 2.5-3 AMP . Looks like everyone taps into fuse 36 for some reason tho.
