I.e., is replacing the BOV worth the effort/expense. I am running an AWE 0FG, so sound is not an issue.

Yeah the OEM BOV is totally fine. Full Race does make a BOV pipe that rotates the BOV 45 degrees - I would opt for that it puts the BOV more out of the way. That isn't an option that I see so I would give them a call and ask about that. I ordered a pipe after the fact and paid like $160 or so for it. So default options with a 45 degree rotated BOV pipe and then if you want black or unfinished. I like unfinished but it's whatever you want.

Yes. Light bars behind the grill disrupt airflow into the grill more than people realize. Many have overheated due to light bars in the grill, it is something I would never recommend.

I understand, no argument. My light bar will only be 20” and I do not intend to push my Raptor hard.

Have you pulled the trigger on the inner cooler yet? I've been thinking about doing something similar just haven't looked to much into it was wondering how the whole process was for you? Did you get someone to install it for you, and can you tell a difference in performance and power? Thanks in advance!
