Intake with JB4 help

I currently have a borla exhaust and a JB4. Installing AFE CAI soon. Is there anything I need to do with my JB4 to accommodate small mods like exhaust or CAI. Will it throw codes ect? Thanks in advance

Are you running the plug and play version that just tricks the sensors but plugging into the map and tip sensors?

I ran my JB4 with a Roush CAI. No issues. I spoke to Terry over at BMS when I first got my JB4 and he said there’s really no benefit to adding the CAI.
Add 5-7 gallons of e85 to a full tank of 91, switch to Map 5 and THEN we’re talking!
