I just got a set of 37 pp, after installing found TPMS fault (seller quoted they are in there) then vibration at 60 MPH.
I will probably have to order TPMS then look for the place to install and balance the wheels. Today I spent over an hour trying to find shop that can balance 37" tires.....no one around Cincinnati area can do it.
Where did you get your tires installed and balanced?
Discount Tire here in Texas had no issues.... but here 37" is just normal... 'cause everything is bigger in Texas... @Jack-O

Why is everyone adding front perch collars if 37's fit the truck from the factory ? Are you doing it for looks ? I am not trying to be a smart a$$ but the original post looked like he had plenty of clearance.

Thanks to OpsWest for paving the way. Another 35 truck sitting on 37 KO2s with stock suspension and wheels. The clearence on my stock Gen 3 with 37s is approx. the same as my 18 and 20 Raptors with the stock 35s. I have no rubbing at all and that’s with aggressive off-roading. Additionally, both 35 and 37 trucks have the same “bump” in the rear to accommodate a 37” spare (see this thread) and are the same overall length at 232.6”.

The 37 package really only gets you a 1/8” larger internal shock shaft on the front shocks (rear shocks are the same) and intentionally limits suspension travel by an inch to protect your fenders from possibly getting damaged if you go full retard/send mode. The additional height of the 37 trucks is only from the tires themselves. So, unless you really like the specific 37 package wheels/graphics, save your money.

If you’re really worried about warranty, Ford could only deny your front shocks or fenders, since all other parts are the same (axles, diffs, transfer case, overall drivetrain and powertrain, etc.).

Thanks for sharing G

No problem. Additional photos of the “bump” in the rear to accommodate a 37” spare. Again, both are the same and have the same overall vehicle length of 232.6”. White is the 37 truck, Code Orange is my 35.5546E82B-8EBB-4787-AD4E-1BCD72C13613.jpeg79FF590F-C8A0-4CEC-8E89-D53ED99CA226.jpeg

Front bump stop (yellow, 1st photo) and rear bump stop (green, 2nd photo) on a 37 truck. These are the bump stops that are longer to shorten suspension travel by an inch over the 35 trucks. This and the front shock shafts being an 1/8" thicker, are the only real differences of the 35 vs 37 trucks. Also attached, is how much clearance the 37” spare has from the panhard bar on a 35 truck (3rd photo) vs a 37 truck (4th photo). Both essentially the same.98A6A8A4-8BDE-4D6C-86E9-01F2EF4B3621.jpegAED72771-AE34-46C1-AE5D-7B66177A2691.jpegD2A27409-6AE7-4807-8AE7-5F98AEFFAB64.jpegB7218B48-F350-4C19-BA7F-87858EE99C67.jpeg

I finally got around to installing my spare 37 on my 35 truck. No issues, no rubbing on the pan hand. Plenty of clearance. I did push it hard off-roading and no movement! Just make sure to center it as you bring it up. Also no rubbing with a 0 offset and 37s as well with a 2.25 RPG collar.
