Has anyone been able to get Rail Car Tracking to work recently?
I used to be able to call CSX and input the rail car information to get a status update 24x7
Now it just says released to customer with an old date.
1-800-235-2352 option 1 then follow the prompts.
My Rail Car # is TTGX 706757
