What are these trucks most common issue that causes a rough engine or mechanical issue idle

Could be spark plugs, idle sensor or the flux capacitor.

There are many possibilities. However, the engine creates the vacuum that the power brakes use for booster assist. A vacuum leak can cause low engine vacuum, which results in a rough idle and poor power brake assist (stiff pedal).

Sounds like cross drilled brake lines are needed

I’ve gotten CEL p06b6 ever since that happened everything in the truck has gone downhill, brakes, alignment, idle shake, rough transmission downshifts and up shifts, and bumpier ride. Really it started when key would not start the truck said something about ignition failure. Used valet key and it started but since then it’s had numerous issues and failures
