I am about to pull trigger on a 2018 Roush Raptor. 4,000 off sticker plus a GREAT offer on my trade in.

To Roush or not??

Not that I have a Roush truck, but other than the remote res shocks, bigger wheels, and stickers; does Roush do anything to tune and/or add motor performance to the truck? A tuned Raptor with a 3year/36k warranty would be hard to pass in my opinion.

  • Locking Lug Nut Set with Key Bag
  • ROUSH Square "R" Hitch Cover
  • ROUSH License Plate and Frame
  • ROUSH Hood Graphic
  • ROUSH Front Windshield Banner
  • ROUSH Bed Side Logos
  • ROUSH/RAPTOR Tailgate Graphic (Matte Black)

at a starting price package of $13,500 I would lean towards the 2019, if you hate the live valve shocks you could replace them for less than 13k (I assume, if I am wrong; then I am in no way helpful and please disregard all future posts)

If it's down to a total out the door you are comfortable with and you love the Roush truck, go for it. I personally like the look of the 17" wheels and larger sidewall on the raptor but you probably won's see another Roush Raptor in the wild.

I personally like the roush wheels a lot but its a lot of extra money to justify for wheels and suspension and not much else. Anything for sale that I can see is $85k or better. I would imagine you could walk out with a fully loaded 18 for somewhere around the $66k range right now.
