Did you measure your travel numbers?

Not my truck and i doubt the owner did either.

I guess the 90° drill attachment is key. Thanks for the tip. Is the weld-on version the same as the bolt- on one? Do you use the holes meant for bolts to do rosette welds?

My guess is they are the exact same minus the pretty powdercoat. I would run beads around the perimeter of the bracket for the most strength and factory look and probably do the rosettes just cause.
