38 is fine for the front, but do yourself a favor and drop the rear pressure to 32-34 and give it a go before you drop money on new springs. It'll ride so much better!

Thanks, I'll give it a try this weekend, heading on a 300mi. trip to see my dad. Will be heading over the ridge route and back so good loop to check it out...

Rides super but I saw mpg drop a fair bit, like 2-3 mpg

Great truck with upgraded tech coming from a 2015, parts sort of look the same as older F150 which is great, good height and the turbo 10 speed is nice and feels good stepping on it. I have to get used to the exhaust. and I love the magnetic color
