You setting the bumps off the LCA’s?

I don’t love the idea of putting them there, but in a lot of cases there really isn’t much else in regards to options.

If you keep the pressure low enough there probably don’t mess with tuning a ton.

Also noticed you are cutting the coil bucket out. 10” shocks make a ton more sense now lol
Yea bumps will go off the LCAs. I know UCA is ideal, but there are some compromises when just doing the mid vs long travel stuff, and the amount of $$$ I was wanting to spend

The most important take away of how the HM kit is different than say a SVC kit is the location of the shocks which keep the truck much more stable, no sway bar needed and not twitchy when the speed picks up. Also a 3.5" King on the 94" kit. Not saying the SVC kit is bad, they are a very reputable company and stand behind their products.

Believe it or not, my original plan was to run the exact kit you are running. Bit of a long story, but it is cool to see it being installed.

I’ll be interested to see how the shocks are mounted on your truck. A few other details as well………

Latest update. As usual, there's a few hiccups when doing a new kit. Found out King sent the wrong length springs. Had to re-order, then get them powdercoated. Shock towers had to be re-designed. The original guy that came in to 3D scan everything neglected to get in a few things like turbo tubes, battery box, brake lines, etc, so when the towers were designed on CAD, it didn't allow for those things and there were clearance issues. Kevin had another guy come in and 3D scan my truck with everything, so future kits should be perfect. Got everything worked out now. Shock mounts are extremely beefy. It's almost done. only wait now is the upper arms are at the Cerakoter and will be ready in 3-4 days. Should start fitting fenders this week. My friend Steven Fowle is re-wrapping my truck with the Fiery Orange again, but this time with an added layer of glossy clear PPF.

Looking good. I’ll be there soon for a 94” kit.
I was going to wrap my truck but was told it won’t last Offroad. Do you think the clear ppf would do much?

Steve says it will definitely help. Should help with durability too since my truck sits outside 24/7. 2 1/2 years in the SoCal sun took its toll on the roof and hood, but honestly I knew that going in. With the hood and roof wrap peeled off right now, it’s good to see the black paint underneath is pristine
