Hit and Run. Dash cam help

Good morning all-
My truck was backed into in a parking lot. The other driver drove off...
I have dash cam footage - but cant make out the license plate of the other truck.
I have gotten a couple of quotes from $1000-$1500 to enhance the video, but wondering if anyone on here has a connect who can do this work for a reasonable fee.
Here are the pics of damage and the video. Looks like the 2 men in the video know each other - so either license plate will help...

Well, that sucks! Go to the police, they could probably figure out where they were coming from And get further camera pictures from the area.

So I guess you didnt file a police report for hit and run or call your insurance company?
